Keep Hush is a platform and community dedicated to underground dance music.Our events showcase high energy, bass driven sounds, many of which are broadcast live and uploaded online for permanent archiving. We believe innovation in dance music has predominantly come from diverse, grassroots communities. Through our curation and practices we aim to support emerging artists and celebrate the true roots of dance music genres. Our mission is to Back the Underground.

yung_womb and Nissa Carrington are key figures in shaping Hamburg’s underground club culture through their work as co-founders of SLIC Unit. As DJs, selectors, and radio hosts, they have built a strong platform that amplifies diasporic, bass-driven club music while fostering community, exchange, and visibility within the scene. Through residencies, parties, and radio shows SLIC Unit has become an essential force in Hamburg’s underground, known for sweaty dance floors, genre-crossing selections, and an infectious, collective energy.
